Lauren was born in London, England, and travelled to Boston in 2004 to complete her undergraduate studies in Psychology and is now living and working in Manhattan. She experienced the benefits of KMI while going through her first 12 series which significantly eased her chronic low back pain. The series not only eased her pain, but it also gave her a general feeling of stability and balance.
She is also a dedicated yoga practitioner and a registered yoga teacher. She uses this background to compliment her bodywork sessions by writing personalized sequences and poses to help bring the client into a more balanced and stable posture.
Lauren is eager to work with clients of all ages and with varying symptoms. Her primary practice is KMI, but she is continues to study in various bodywork fields including visceral bodywork and orthopedic pain management. Her optimal goal is to work with the client to bring them into a long term pain free postural pattern.
